1. Land & Lot Acquisition
We have long-standing relationships with local real estate professionals to help you find the perfect building lot that fits your family’s needs. We’ll handle permits, approvals and all the other moving parts to get things going smoothly.
2. Design
We work closely with talented architects and designers to match the best fit for your proposed style and needs. Once underway, we’ll collaborate with the design team to create a custom home that fits within all your desired function, design and budget.
3. Specification and Budget
Details are what separates extraordinary new home construction from average home construction. We can align your specifications with a desired budget and create an outstanding new home. Transparency is key and we’ll provide exceptional communication so that there are no surprise costs.
4. Construction
Our goal is to give each home our full attention and to create and execute each plan with the utmost quality and attentiveness. Attention to detail is something we don’t take lightly. We take a hands-on approach to building custom homes and are unwilling to cut corners on quality. We pride ourselves in the level of service and communication we provide our customers, not only during the construction phase but for years to come.
5. Ongoing Relationship
Long after move-in day we’ll be standing behind your home. We’ll provide a one-year full coverage warranty program and a 6-year structural warranty.
